The Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly receives water from the water inlet, holds the water in the ice mold until it freezes and then automatically ejects the ice and refills again until the ice storage bin is filled. This 8-cube replacement ice maker includes the housing and complete assembly, and is compatible with many refrigerator models with in-door ice and water dispensers. Be sure to unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this kit. You must also turn off the water supply to the refrigerator before installation.
