This Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor circulates the cold air from the freezer into the fresh foods compartment of your refrigerator. You’ll need to replace this part if it has shorted out. Includes the fan motor and the wiring harness. To access the part, you’ll remove the ice bucket, shelves and rails from you freezer so you can easily remove the back panel from the freezer. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
