The KitchenAid® Blender Jar Gasket also called an insert seal, forms a seal between the blade assembly and the blender jar base, preventing leaks at the bottom of the jar. When replacing, be sure to take care when placing the seal near the blade. This black plastic seal measures 3” D. Installing this part will require no disassembly of the appliance or repair experience. Remember to unplug the blender before installation.
